Selfie2Healthy utilizes the ancient art of Chinese Facial Assessment that dates back to the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic 2500BC. All Chinese medicine and modalities are based on this holistic view of symptoms in relation to the whole body, not as isolated problems to be dealt with on an individual basis. The essential ideas are simple.

The essential idea is the Chi (Qi) is our basic life force and energy, which is formed from maternal energy in the prenatal state then replenished by food and breath. It directs and determines the body’s energy state. It flows through the entire body via the meridian network. By studying skin conditions and changes, we can determine inner imbalances and stressed areas of the body. Because each area of the face is said to relate to an internal body area, disharmony in that internal area will, in turn, lead to a change in the complexion, texture or moisture of the corresponding facial area. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.
